We're sad to hear that your Frida product didn't work for you, but don't worry, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.
To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased your product on frida.com, and your product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If you paid for your order using both a gift card and other payment method, your refund will be issued to the gift card first with any remaining balance issued to the other payment method. Please allow 10 - 15 days for any credit card adjustments to appear.
